The Charlotte Mothers of Multiples organization guiding mission is to support all parents of multiples - twins, triplets, quadruplets or more!
Our many programs include New MOM Support, Nursing Support, Scholarships, Fundraisers, Social Events and more! A CMOMs' membership also entitles you to membership in the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs.
Membership Dues
CMOMs' Fiscal Year (FY) is from August 1st through July 31st
- New Members joining in August through February: $25 per FY (New members joining in June and July will be considered members for the following FY as well)
- New Members joining March through May: $15 for remainder of the FY
- Renewing Members - $25 per FY (a $5 late fee will be imposed if renewing dues are received after July 31st)
Please Note: All dues must be current in order to participate in the Friday night "Members Only" shopping at our bi-annual Clothing and Equipment Sales!

- Download, print, and complete the Membership form
- You will be notified via email or phone upon receipt
- Include your bank check payable to CMOMs
- Mail to the address provided on the form
- Please allow approximately 1 week for processing
